Returns
All sales are final. Because of the nature of our operations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit once an order is confirmed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if requested BEFORE your order has been processed or placed with our fulfillment team/suppliers. Once an order moves into processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you need to request a cancellation and refund before fulfillment, contact us immediately at mustache@doworkberad.com. Include your order number and request details. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
