Pre-Order Model
All items are sold on a pre-order basis. Because we produce items based on demand, products do not ship immediately at the time of purchase.
Timeline & Process
1. The Pre-Order Window: Pre-orders remain open for two weeks from the launch date.
2. Placing the Order: Once the two-week window closes, we close pre-orders and place the bulk production order with our supplier.
3. Receiving & Shipping: As soon as we receive the inventory, we package and promptly ship your items out to you.
Delivery Estimates
Because this is a pre-order run, delivery times depend on production and manufacturing turnaround. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our facility.
